Shipping 

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday, or following business day.

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure proper customs clearance, as well as payment of tariffs, fees, etc. incurred.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 Medtron Technology reserves the right to choose the shipment method and speed for FREE SHIPPING orders.  

 Shipments will include signature release for your protection, when available.  Should you request signature release removal, Medtron Technology does not assume responsibility to lost, undelivered, or damage incurred during shipment.

 

 Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Please note that any returns as a result of buyer error (incorrect part number, incorrect quantity, customs issues, etc) will result in a refund of the product LESS any fees incurred (shipping, customs, etc).  Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for used and improperly handled products.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of the return merchandise, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please beware that some payment processors may take longer to refund your account - we cannot expedite this process.
